Present Matters
If You Are Happy, We Are Happy
A Different Kind of Ownership
Scott Lake Lodge was built on something simple: care for the experience above everything else. When long-time guest Ron Spork took ownership, that didn’t change it became more direct.
Today, Ron and partner Jason Hamilton are actively involved in the day to day life of the lodge. Not removed from it. Not managing from afar.
Here, ownership isn’t a title. It’s a responsibility you can see.
Present, By Design
At many lodges, ownership exists somewhere in the background. Here, it’s different. Owners are on the island regularly walking the docks, sitting down at meals, listening to guests, and stepping in when something needs attention.
You won’t hear “we’ll get back to you.” If something matters, it’s handled in the moment.
Loyalty Earned Every Season
The best reflection of our work is simple: guests return.
Many rebook before leaving the island, and year after year the majority of our guests come back to Scott. Customer loyalty like this is earned daily through service, attention to detail, and a team that takes pride in every trip.
