Choose your dates and confirm availability with our team. Each week is limited to a small number of guests, so early planning is recommended.
Confirm with Deposit
A $2,500 deposit per guest secures your reservation. Once confirmed, your dates are locked in.
Prepare for Departure
We’ll guide you through everything leading up to your trip. From travel details to packing, you’ll arrive confident and ready to fish.

“CD” marks changeover days.
Departing guests fish a full day, while arrivals do not fish.

Travel & Logistics
- Round-trip charter air transportation from Edmonton
- Floatplane transfer from Stony Rapids to the Lodge
- Ground transfers in Edmonton and Stony Rapids
- One night southbound stay in Edmonton (double occupancy)
Guiding & Fishing Experience
- Experienced guides (one guide for every two anglers)
- Fully equipped boats (18.5′ aluminum, 40HP Yamaha motors)
- Use of lodge fishing equipment (rods, reels, waders)
Lodge & Comfort
- Premium accommodations and daily meals
- Complimentary wine with dinner and unlimited soft drinks

Payment & Policies
Payment Schedule
- $1,500 deposit per person to reserve your trip
- $2,500 per person due November 1
- Remaining balance due March 1
Additional Details
- Solo anglers: $1,500 per day (shared across group if applicable)
- Accepted payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks
- Past due balances (45+ days) may result in cancellation and loss of deposit
- Prices subject to change due to fuel or economic conditions
Cancellations & Transfers
- All payments are non-refundable
- Reservations may be transferred or sold to another party
- If we rebook your spot, a refund will be issued minus a $500 administrative fee
- Any discounted rebooking will be reflected in the refund
